Terms of service

These terms govern access to Vedetta, including its read-only connector for compatible AI clients.

Effective 10 July 2026

1. Provider and agreement

Vedetta is operated by Quality Coach. These terms apply together with any order form, service agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written agreement between Quality Coach and the customer organization. The written customer agreement controls if there is a conflict.

2. Authorized use

Customers may allow authorized managers and administrators to use Vedetta for HSEQ field reporting, review, requirements configuration, and related operational analysis. Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and act within the permissions granted by their organization.

Users must not attempt to bypass tenant boundaries, probe other organizations, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful material, or use Vedetta to violate another person's rights.

3. Customer data

The customer retains its rights in data submitted to Vedetta. The customer is responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and process field-report and workforce data and for configuring access and retention appropriately. Quality Coach processes customer data to provide, secure, and support Vedetta as described in the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy.

4. AI and connector limitations

Automated classifications, summaries, extracted fields, requirement suggestions, and conversational answers can be incomplete or incorrect. They support professional review and do not replace a customer's safety, legal, compliance, engineering, or employment judgment.

The public Vedetta connector is read-only. It can retrieve approved report projections and assess requirements, but it cannot change reports, users, assignments, deadlines, lifecycle states, or requirements. Users must review and manually apply any proposed requirement changes in Vedetta.

Do not use connector output alone to rank individuals, make employment decisions, or infer productivity where the underlying reports do not establish identity, hours, assignments, or complete work performed.

5. Third-party services

Vedetta may interoperate with services such as messaging providers and AI clients selected by the customer or user. Those services have separate terms and privacy practices. Quality Coach is not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside its reasonable control.

6. Service operation

We may update Vedetta, correct security or reliability issues, impose reasonable usage limits, or suspend access that threatens security, violates these terms, or creates legal risk. We aim to communicate material changes when reasonably practicable.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Except as expressly stated in a written customer agreement, Vedetta is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Quality Coach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Any additional liability terms and caps in the customer agreement apply.

8. Termination

Access ends when the applicable customer agreement ends or when an authorized organization administrator removes access. Provisions concerning data, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive where their nature requires.

9. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date on this page.
